I'm passionate about my work as a nutritionist and wellness coach.
I walk side by side with my clients teaching them what I've learned and what I practice personally to maintain optimum wellness. I've been guiding and supporting women of all ages for over 20 years.
What started out as a personal journey for me turned into a passion to help others become aware of how their eating and lifestyle habits and their relationship with food directly affect their energy, health, well-being, and ultimately, their happiness.
I continually discover in my own life how body, mind, and spirit all work together to create wellness. The thoughts we think, the food we eat, and the choices we make determine our health and well-being—now and in the future. This is the philosophy that guides me in working with my clients.
